Dom Dizjan's success story began in 1993, when two enthusiastic architects founded a company that, in the years to come, will grow into a leader in the community for all real estate related services.

Time frame – History

1993 - Opening of the company, at the moment as the first real estate agency offering exceptional quality services in the field of real estate brokerage;

1993-2004 - Continuous growth with the creation of a brand that becomes synonymous for better services in the real estate market in Macedonia. As said in the old maxim, all roads lead to Rome, in Macedonia, related to real estate work, all roads lead to Dom Dizjan;

1998 - Expansion of our company services in the field of real estate appraisals and court expertise in the field of civil engineering and architecture;

2004 - With the establishment of the subsidiary firm Dom Invest Millennium, our growth begins with investments in construction and we begin with the construction of more buildings:

• 2004-2005 – we built and sold the first residential building in Skopje on address Narodni Neroi no. 2, Kisela Voda, Skopje;
• 2004 - 2005 - as selected Main Contractor we are building the Oncology Hospital, in the Clinical Center in Bitola, donation by the US Embassy to the citizens of Macedonia;
• 2005 -2006 we built and sold a residential building in Skopje on address Kozle no. 3A, Kozle, Skopje;
• 2007-2008 we built and sold a residential building in Skopje on address Ivan Agovski no. 4, Karpos 1, Skopje;
• 2011-2012 we built and sold a residential building in Skopje on address Partizanski Odredi no. 48A, Karpos 1, Skopje;

2007 - 2008 - For our own needs, we are building the first business building on address Borka Taleski 12B, Center, Skopje;

2008 - In accordance with the new Law on Construction and the needs of our work, Dom Design obtains the licenses for architectural design and supervision;

2012 - In accordance with the new Law on Appraisals and the needs of our line of work, Dom Design obtains a license to perform real estate appraisals;

2014 - In accordance with the new Law on Appraisals and the needs of our line of work, Dom Design obtains a license to preform appraisal of transport assets;

2014 - In accordance with the Law on Energy Efficiency and the needs of our line of work, Dom Design obtains a license to perform works in the field of energy control;

2016-2017 We are replacing our office building and we are finishing a new building with mixed purpose (residential and business) on address Mitropolit Teodosij Gologanov No. 32, Center, Skopje (our current headquarters);

2017- today, we continue to work to improve and upgrade in all areas in our line of work …
